Who you are : You are a hardworking and detail-oriented storyteller who is very passionate about creating company-related content that is visually-appealing and informative, specifically in the real estate / private equity sector, for the purposes of sharing on social media platforms. You enjoy capturing moments, both within the office setting and at external company events. You pride yourself on your ability to speak well and write efficiently, and you have a creative mind that enables out-of-the-box thinking. Finally, you are a self-starter, an outspoken and proactive individual that can identify areas of improvement for the company from a digital / marketing standpoint and use your eye for aesthetics to produce visually-appealing content.

What you'll bring to the table : An ability to consistently tell DPEG's success story to the world without seeming repetitive, helping prospective partners and consultants in the media understand what we do, how we do it, and most importantly, how we are different.

When you'll start : March 3, 2025, at the DPEG Corporate Office in Stafford, TX.

Responsibilities :

  1. Using Canva and / or Adobe Photoshop to create daily content around the company's work and ongoing proceedings to post and remain active on social media platforms.
  2. Maintaining social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok by posting, responding to messages and comments, and keeping information updated promptly.
  3. Constantly being on the lookout for and maintaining relations with journalists, editors, and reporters covering topics related to real estate and private equity in order to obtain recognition for the company's work and people.
  4. Nominating the company and its personnel for awards and recognitions in order to showcase the work being done within the office.
  5. Coordinating participation in industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to position DPEG as a thought leader in the community.
  6. Monitoring DPEG's website on a weekly basis, and coordinating updates / edits with the company's web developer.
  7. Staying updated on trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly in the real estate / private equity sector.

Skills :

  1. Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
  2. Photo / Video Editing.
  3. Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
  4. Content Creation.
  5. Organization (files, folders, storage).

Job Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $20.00 – $25.00 hourly plus annual performance bonuses.

Schedule :

  1. 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM Weekdays.
  2. Weekends as needed (WFH, company events).
