This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management, teaching you how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and serve as a community meeting place that nurtures customers. _Vacation accrual details vary by state and role. In CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND, or RI, vacation hours accrue up to specified maximums. In other states, vacation starts at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours for roles at or above director._

The actual base pay offered will depend on factors such as knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
