Overview

You will be the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Sr Manager for the Lufkin Operations team. Our team is responsible for executing all production and development programs across the Lufkin Operations portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading the execution of production and development programs across the Lufkin Operations portfolio
• Negotiating and executing schedules, recovery plans, and financial targets for all programs
• Ensuring quality, cost, and schedule goals are met
• Maintaining positive customer and employee relations
• Serving as a senior functional leader for Product Leads and assigned Production Operations Managers
