This role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline, managing candidate relationships, and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through placement.The Associate Recruiter partners closely with Account Managers to match qualified candidates to client needs while meeting activity, pipeline, and placement goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.LocationDallas, TX (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development* Source and engage travel nurses (RNs, specialty nurses) through outbound calls, texting, email, and database activity* Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of candidates for current and future travel assignments* Manage candidate activity and workflow using an applicant tracking system (ATS)Candidate Qualification & Placement* Conduct screening and qualification calls to assess licensure, clinical experience, availability, and assignment preferences* Match candidates to open travel assignments based on skills, location, and client requirements* Present qualified candidates to Account Managers for client submissionCandidate Relationship Management* Build and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates to support redeployment and repeat placements* Educate candidates on travel nursing assignments, pay packages, and benefits* Maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment and placement processOffer Management & Coordination* Discuss and negotiate compensation and assignment details with candidates* Ensure timely follow-up and coordination throughout offer, acceptance, and onboarding stagesPerformance & Metrics* Meet or exceed daily and weekly recruiting activity metrics (calls, submissions, placements)* Track and maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline activity, and notes within the ATSEducation & Years of ExperienceRequired Qualifications* Associate's Degree and 0-2 years of professional experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED and 2-4 years of professional experience* Experience in a customer-facing, sales, recruiting, or high-volume environment* Ability to manage high call volume / outbound outreach activity* Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage candidates via phone, email, and text* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentPreferred Qualifications* Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing* Experience in sales, business development, or account management* Exposure to healthcare staffing or travel nursing* Experience using an ATS or CRM systemKey Skills & Competencies* Candidate sourcing & outbound prospecting* Recruiting & talent pipeline management* Candidate screening & qualification* Relationship management & candidate engagement* Negotiation & communication* Time management & activity trackingWork Environment / Physical Requirements* Work is performed in an office/home office environment.* Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.AMN Healthcare will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of the job.Our Core Values● Respect ● Passion ● Continuous Improvement ● Trust ● Customer Focus ● InnovationAt AMN Healthcare, our diversity, equity, and inclusion philosophy is grounded in the belief that we should respect all voices, seek different perspectives, and succeed when we act together as a positive force for all of humanity.
