You will be coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor and purchasing processes, and ensuring operational readiness through strong communication, planning, and technical oversight.ResponsibilitiesUsing Ariba to request purchase orders, process invoices, and make goods receiptsUsing Oracle to plan maintenance orders, warehouse parts, and process planned parts ordersUsing Oracle to set up new equipment and plan preventative maintenance for stationary and mobile equipmentCoordinating with the Manufacturing Engineering team to determine strategic spare partsSourcing parts and services to support maintenance needsUsing the HICX system to set up and maintain vendor informationUsing the Intelex system to coordinate EHS efforts related to safety concerns, repairs, compliance tracking, and OSHA requirementsCoordinating maintenance warehouse activities such as inventory levels, part locations, and organizationCommunicating effectively regarding equipment needs and operational statusesCommunicating changes to critical equipment statuses, including preventative maintenance schedules and breakdownsScheduling outside services for equipment and facility repairsManaging contractor scopes of work and permitting requirementsCoordinating shipping and receiving for maintenance logistics and creating needsMaintaining ISO and company compliance for purchasing vendor management, preventative maintenance, and calibrationsCoordinating with maintenance and shop personnel to determine best practices and solutions for complex repair needsQualificationsHave a four‑year degree plus two years of experience in a technical or maintenance background with knowledge of computer operating systemsHave a two‑year degree with at least four years of experience in technical or maintenance background with knowledge of computer operating systemsHave a minimum of eight years of experience working directly in an industrial maintenance program with knowledge of computer operating systemsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best varies.
